DFATD - Calls for Proposals

Last date : October 21, 2015

When DFATD wishes to work with multiple partners to achieve certain results in international development, a call for proposals is launched through a notice on its website. In a call, interested parties are invited to submit proposals for international development initiatives that will contribute to the achievement of our expected results.

In all calls, there is a minimum standard for information to be provided. Some questions are asked in all calls, and some documents are requested of all applicants. These questions, and the list of obligatory documents, can be found in the Application Form posted on this website.

For each specific call pertaining to international development initiatives, there will be a specific application form posted to help applicants respond to the specific requirements of that call. For example, some calls will only be open to Canadian organizations. Some calls may specify that DFATD will only consider initiatives in a particular country or a particular sector.

When a call for proposals is launched, carefully read the information provided to ensure that you are an eligible organization to apply on that call, and that your initiative responds to the criteria specified.
