Dare to Dream Call for Proposals from Southeast Asian Filmmakers

The Dare to Dream Asia is calling proposals to submit projects to participate in Dare to Dream, a documentary series on the dreams, aspirations and frustrations of Asian youth.

All the costs of workshops will be covered by Dare to Dream.

Dare to Dream is a series of breathtaking and provocative documentaries about the hopes and frustrations of the young generation of Asia.

Eligibility Information

• Youth from Asia are welcome to participate.
• Proposals should have social, political, cultural, and even philosophical depth, without making the films boring and predictable.
• Unconventional, brave, and challenging stories that are different, and have not been told before are encouraged.

How to Apply?

Applicants can submit application either by filling online application form or by filling and sending the downloaded application form via email with required attachments.
