Exchange Program for Indian Applicants

Scholarship opportunity has been announced for Indian applicants to pursue bachelor’s or master’s degree level in France.

Benefits:

  • Free student visa, including CEF fee waiver
  • Monthly stipend of 615 euros for up to 4 months
  • Medical insurance coverage
  • Access to student housing: Assistance to find affordable student accomodation
  • Full tuition waiver at public universities: Partial tuition waivers may be granted by other institutions, according to their individual policies

Submission required:

  • the first page of passport (with photography and expire date)
  • full Curriculum Vitae (2 pages maximum)
  • admission/invitation/acceptance letter from the French higher education institution attested (by gazetted officer or the Head of the institute where applicants studied/are studying) copies of pass certificates and mark sheets of Secondary School (X), Higher Secondary School (XII), Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees (if applicable)
  • French language certificate if any (from Alliance Française in India or recognised universities)
  • NOC

Eligibility :

  • be an Indian national and reside in India
  • be 30 years old maximum
  • be currently enrolled at an Indian institution of higher learning
  • complete the statement of purpose in the application form, highlighting the reasons for choosing France and the institution to which he/she has applied/been admitted and his/her plans upon completion of the course. The student must also explain why he/she would be a worthy candidate for the scholarship.
  • produce at least an email correspondence to show that he/she is in the process of getting the invitation/acceptance letter from an institution in France at the time filling the online application, or a scanned copy of the confirmed invitation/acceptance letter.
